return & exchange policy
We take pride in our products and our hair is 100% guaranteed. If you feel you have received a product that is defective contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. All though no refunds are permitted and all sales are final. We will address any quality issues immediately. We will require photos of the damaged or defective hair. If the product is deemed defective we will send you a return label for merchandise received. Once we’ve had a chance to examine the hair on site we will send you a replacement immediately. If you receive the incorrect product for any reason we will send you a return label for the merchandise received. Once we have received the hair back we will send out a replacement immediately. All purchase online and in person are FINAL SALE.
